Analyze large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and statistical models Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows for analytics and modeling Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics to support decision-making Validate, test, and monitor model performance over time Create clear documentation and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards Requirements
3–15 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field Strong programming skills in
Python and/or R Proficiency in
SQL
and working with relational and non-relational databases Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling techniques Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies is a plus Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
