We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, reconciling inventory records, and implementing procedures to minimize stock inaccuracies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of inventory management principles. This position is vital to our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, ensuring that we have the right products available at the right time. We are looking for a proactive individual who can identify potential issues and implement effective solutions. You will work closely with warehouse staff and management to optimize inventory processes. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable. Safety is paramount in our operations, and adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE, is mandatory. While the role is primarily analytical, some manual tasks and lifting may be required, so the ability to lift up to 30 lbs is necessary.
