General HVAC plant maintenance. Maintenance/repairs/replacements of components – AHU, fan coil unit, and all general A/C duties including mechanical and plumbing on site. Maintain on‑site log books, permits and site paperwork to ensure they are completed and up to date. Participate in the callout rota on a rotating cycle (roughly 1 in 8 weeks). Skills and Qualifications Required – Knowledge and Understanding
Knowledge of air conditioning systems with over 5 years’ experience in similar HVAC/maintenance engineer roles. Knowledge and experience of all A/C equipment including Air Handling Units, associated controls, pumps, heat exchangers, boiler plant (excluding gas side pipe work and accessories) and BMS control systems. Flexible, team‑oriented, client‑focused working as part of a mobile team. Qualifications
Approved A/C apprenticeship with minimum full A/C NVQ Level 2 qualifications AND F‑Gas certification.
