What You Will Lead
* Manage and advance a family law caseload from consultation through final resolution.
* Draft strategic motions, pleadings, and discovery that move cases forward.
* Lead mediations, hearings, and client strategy sessions.
* Collaborate directly with the partners on high-value matters and firm initiatives.
* Deliver premium, client-first communication consistent with our boutique brand.
* Leverage paralegal support for preparation, filings, and streamlined case management.
* Operate effectively in a hybrid structure while maintaining strong client engagement and performance.
What You Bring
* Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
* Minimum *1 year of family law experience*; experienced litigators strongly encouraged to apply.
* Strong writing, courtroom presence, and strategic instincts.
* High accountability, urgency, and operational discipline.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
