About
What You’ll Do
You will provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care to patients of all ages while supporting a positive and efficient clinical experience. Responsibilities include:
* Treating patients of all ages with a focus on long-term oral health
* Performing prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planning (SRPs)
* Taking radiographs and intraoral photographs
* Educating patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
* Co-diagnosing and collaborating with doctors to support personalized treatment plans
* Maintaining accurate and thorough clinical documentation
* Supporting a calm, high-quality patient experience with *60-minute recall and perio maintenance appointments* and *90-minute new patient appointments*
Schedule & Clinical Flow
* 60-minute visits for recall and periodontal maintenance patients
* 90-minute visits for new patients
* Emphasis on relationship-based care, not rushing patients
Skills & Qualifications
* Active *Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Colorado*
* Current CPR certification
* Professional demeanor with strong people skills
* Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Strong communication and patient education skills

Pay: $44.17 - $53.20 per hour
