About
We are seeking dedicated Distribution Center Associates to join our state-of-the-art facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is critical to the efficient operation of our logistics network. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. You will operate material handling equipment, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, and ensure that all safety procedures are followed rigorously. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and lift items up to 50 pounds. Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential.
