Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe distribution center environment.
- Operate warehouse machinery responsibly and efficiently.
- Identify and report any damaged or missing inventory.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures meticulously.
- Contribute positively to team efforts and communicate effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged periods of standing and movement.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations.
- Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and utilizing required PPE.
