We are looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our major logistics hub in Chicago, Illinois. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
  • Pick and pack orders with speed and precision.
  • Prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Load and unload trucks using appropriate material handling equipment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe distribution center environment.
  • Operate warehouse machinery responsibly and efficiently.
  • Identify and report any damaged or missing inventory.
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures meticulously.
  • Contribute positively to team efforts and communicate effectively.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse role is preferred.
  • Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged periods of standing and movement.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and utilizing required PPE.
