Join our growing fulfillment center in Baltimore, Maryland, as a Fulfillment Associate. This position is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the warehouse, including receiving incoming goods, accurately picking products for customer orders, and carefully packing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our logistics operations. You will utilize warehouse management systems and scanning equipment to track inventory and process orders. This role requires physical stamina, including standing for extended periods, walking, and performing regular lifting of products. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential. Safety is paramount; strict adherence to all company safety policies, including the correct use of PPE and safe lifting practices, is mandatory. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to meet daily fulfillment targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
