About
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our fast-growing logistics team in Durham, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders. Your duties will include picking items from warehouse shelves based on order slips, ensuring the correct products and quantities are selected, and then carefully packing them for shipment. Accuracy and speed are key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining operational efficiency. You will use scanning equipment to track inventory and update order statuses. This position requires physical activity, including walking, standing for extended periods, and lifting items up to a certain weight. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is crucial. Safety is a fundamental aspect of our warehouse operations; all employees must strictly adhere to all safety policies, including the correct use of PPE and safe lifting techniques. You will work collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
