We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Material Handler to join our dynamic logistics team in Tampa, Florida. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring materials are efficiently moved, stored, and prepared for distribution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include receiving incoming materials, verifying quantities against purchase orders, and accurately stocking inventory in designated locations. You will also be responsible for retrieving materials for production or shipping orders, operating manual and powered equipment as needed, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Attention to detail is paramount to prevent errors and ensure inventory accuracy. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks such as loading and unloading trucks, and moving items throughout the warehouse. Adherence to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is mandatory. You will work closely with other warehouse associates and supervisors to meet daily operational goals. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the logistics industry and contribute to a successful supply chain operation.
