About
Our Richmond, Virginia facility is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to support our expanding logistics operations. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient movement and storage of goods, performing a range of essential warehouse functions. This includes receiving and stocking inventory, fulfilling orders, and preparing shipments. We are looking for individuals with a strong sense of responsibility, physical capability, and a keen awareness of safety protocols. You will be working in a dynamic warehouse environment where attention to detail and teamwork are highly valued. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the receiving process, including unloading and inspecting incoming goods.
- Accurately stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack items for customer orders with precision.
- Prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment throughout the warehouse.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed and trained.
- Uphold all company Safety standards and protocols, including proper use of PPE.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent lifting and standing for long durations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following procedures.
- Adaptability to perform various warehouse tasks as needed.
