About
We are looking for reliable Picker/Packers to join our vibrant warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida! This role is essential to our e-commerce fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently prepared for shipment. As a Picker/Packer, your responsibilities will include locating items within the warehouse, accurately picking them for orders, and then carefully packing them for delivery. This position involves considerable physical activity, including walking, standing for extended periods, bending, and occasional Lifting of items up to 40 pounds. Your well-being and the Safety of everyone in the facility are paramount. Therefore, strict adherence to all Safety guidelines and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are required. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Inspect items for quality before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Apply appropriate labels and shipping documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and wear the designated PPE .
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Meet daily picking and packing quotas.
- Support the efficient flow of our Logistics operations.
- Perform tasks requiring regular Lifting and manual handling.
