Opportunity awaits in Des Moines, Iowa! We are actively recruiting for a skilled Receiving Clerk to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the inflow of inventory, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining order within our receiving area. Your responsibilities will include unloading incoming shipments, meticulously verifying quantities and product codes against order documents, and inspecting for any signs of damage. Accurate data entry into our inventory management system is also a key aspect of this position. We prioritize workplace safety above all else; therefore, adherence to all safety procedures and the proper use of provided PPE is mandatory. This position involves consistent lifting and requires the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic warehouse setting. Previous experience in a warehouse or receiving function is preferred, as is a familiarity with logistics terminology.
