We are looking for dedicated individuals to perform a variety of tasks that keep our distribution center running smoothly. This includes receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining inventory. You will be working in a dynamic environment where accuracy, efficiency, and safety are top priorities. As a vital member of our team, you’ll contribute to ensuring timely delivery of goods to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Receiving, unpacking, verifying, and storing incoming merchandise.
- Picking and filling customer orders accurately using pick lists or scanners.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling and safety.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Meeting productivity and quality standards for all assigned tasks.
- Assisting with other warehouse functions as needed.
- Performing tasks that involve significant physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory tasks.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Capability for lifting and moving heavy items, up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be willing to wear required PPE at all times.
