Job Summary:
Join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as a Picker/Packer. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Your primary duties will involve using scanning devices to locate items, ensuring correct product selection, and meticulously packaging orders to prevent damage during transit. We are looking for motivated individuals who can work with speed and precision while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using a handheld scanner or pick list.
  • Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
  • Package items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate boxes and packing materials.
  • Label packages for shipment according to company and carrier guidelines.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Meet or exceed established productivity goals.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Understand and follow all safety protocols related to lifting and material handling.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, order picking, or packing role preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand order details.
  • Basic math skills for verification.
  • Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Capability for repetitive motion and moderate lifting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of general logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
