Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Portland, Oregon. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed and prepared for shipment. Your responsibilities will encompass picking products, assembling orders, packing them securely, and managing outbound shipments. This is a fast-paced position critical to our logistics and customer satisfaction efforts. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
  • Assemble ordered items into complete packages.
  • Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product protection during transit.
  • Verify order accuracy before shipment.
  • Label packages for shipping and stage them for carrier pickup.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace at all times.
  • Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock management.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding order status and any issues.

This position requires the ability to work efficiently, manage multiple tasks, and perform tasks involving frequent lifting and standing.
