About
We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the flow of products through our distribution center, from receiving to dispatch. Key responsibilities include picking, packing, and preparing customer orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will work in a fast-paced setting, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations. Our commitment to safety is unwavering, and all associates are required to follow strict safety protocols and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing PPE.
- Perform tasks that involve lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving products up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to safety and the use of required PPE.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
