Defines a high‑level scope, plans, and estimates of a project request to establish stakeholder expectation and create and/or review project requirements, development and testing
Work in a collaborative multi‑year program and define business requirements from an operations perspective.
Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration, working effectively with diverse teams across the organization to align efforts, share knowledge, and drive the successful implementation of business strategies.
Assess the impact of every project to the operations processes from requirements to deployment
Utilize strategic thinking to evaluate potential scenarios, assess risks, and make informed decisions that directly impact departmental outcomes.
Participate in Incident management during system issues.
Review of the business requirements submitted by Product to ascertain operations procedure and impacts due to manual and exception processes
Provide scenarios to UAT and QA for testing purposes, monitor user acceptance testing, and review defects raised to assess their impact on Operations
Assist in documenting the operations procedure and providing training to the operations teams on the new functionalities
Escalate issues and challenges as and when they come across and on time.
Participate in each stage of the project delivery, from requirements to deployment and implementation. Should possess a relevant experience in similar environment.
Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional collaboration, with experience in working with diverse teams across an organization.
Knowledge on Liquidity and Accounts products.
Advanced strategic thinking skills, with a track record of evaluating potential scenarios, assessing risks, and making informed decisions.
Ability to craft clear and effective writing to guide analysis and ensure consistent outcomes.
Provide quality stakeholder engagement through timely and effective communication.
Strong Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally & externally and at all levels.
Strong networking and interpersonal skills, forming positive working relationship in a matrix management and multicultural environment
Ability to lead and work independently on assigned projects.
Understand software delivery lifecycle and have skills in industry‑standard methodologies and related tasks.
Competence in technology/process release management, with proficiency in using software applications, digital platforms, and other technological tools to solve problems and improve processes.

Knowledge on Automation tools will be an added advantage
