The Role As Social Media Manager, you’ll take ownership of our social channels, shaping compelling narratives that bring our restaurants to life online. You’ll create engaging content, grow brand awareness, and drive guest engagement through best‑in‑class social media strategies.
You’ll work closely with marketing, operations, and on‑site teams to capture the energy of our restaurants and translate it into visually stunning, high‑performing content.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Create high‑quality, on‑brand content including short‑form video, photography, and written storytelling.
Plan and execute social campaigns that drive engagement, bookings, and brand awareness.
Manage influencer partnerships, UGC strategies, and paid social campaigns.
Analyse performance metrics and optimise content for growth and ROI.
Stay ahead of luxury hospitality, food, and lifestyle trends.
Attend restaurants in the evenings and occasionally at weekends to capture authentic, live content.
About You
Minimum 3 years’ experience managing social media for premium hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands.
Proven track record of growing social audiences and delivering high‑performing campaigns.
Strong understanding of luxury brand aesthetics and visual storytelling.
Experience across organic and paid social, SEO, PPC, and content strategy.
Confident working with influencers and creator partnerships.
Highly organised with excellent communication and project management skills.
Passionate about food, hospitality, and guest experience.
This position will include some evening and weekend work.
