Key Responsibilities

Deliver impact: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that demonstrate clear value and expertise.
Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to align business development goals with wider company objectives.
Lead the charge: Manage the sales pipeline, track performance through the CRM, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Be a trusted partner: Build long-term, meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring an exceptional experience every time.
What We’re Looking For
A confident and self-motivated individual with proven success in business development or sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect quickly and build trust.
A proactive and resilient attitude — you thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
Strategic thinking with a creative edge — you’re not afraid to try new approaches and share ideas.
Comfortable managing your own workload, setting goals, and driving results.
Experience in professional services or recruitment is advantageous, but not essential.
