Job Title: Senior Sales Coordinator – i FLY UK
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Location: i FLY UK (based in London)
Reports to: International Commercial Director - Europe
Mission As Senior Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for growing and managing the B2B and eventssegment for i FLY UK. Your role is both strategic and operational, contributing directly to revenuegrowth, customer satisfaction, and brand visibility. You will be a key player in driving group sales(corporate, filming companies,…), managing leads and bookings, and ensuring successful eventdelivery across the UK sites.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new B2B and event-based business opportunities (corporate events, teambuilding, etc.)
Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients across sectors
Manage inbound and outbound sales (in-person, phone, email, online)
Create and negotiate quotes, proposals, and contracts Coordinate internal resources to execute group events from A to Z
Event Coordination
Ensure smooth operational delivery of group experiences
Attend and represent i FLY at trade shows, workshops, and other promotional events
Animate the i FLY booth when required and engage proactively with visitors
Customer Experience & Front Desk Support (for Corporate)
Support the front-of-house team in welcoming and guiding guests
Be a brand ambassador, delivering a high standard of service and enthusiasm
Manage bookings and reporting through our online sales system (CRM)
Ensure accurate follow-up, data entry, and invoicing
Work closely with the UK Marketing and Commercial Director
Support marketing initiatives
Profile & Skills Required
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a sales-related role in leisure, tourism, events, or sports industries
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3 or higher)
Sales Tools: Proficient in MS Office, online booking systems, and CRM tools
Customer Focus: Outstanding interpersonal skills — friendly, dynamic, and highly customer-oriented
Personal Qualities:
Autonomous and proactive
Organised and stress-resistant
Able to multitask and suggest improvements
