About
What you’ll be doing
Support the Mobile Networks and design communities in understanding business needs and opportunities, assessing options and potential benefits.
Identify stakeholders and their business needs. Work with them to understand problems, define scope, identify process impacts, explore options and assess feasibility.
Elicit, analyse, challenge, prioritise and document requirements to enable development of the end to end business solution.
Work in partnership with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure that solutions are fit for purpose, cost effective and maintain or improve customer experience / operational performance.
Supports delivery of business cases by ensuring that requirements are in line with company strategy and goals.
Capture and track the delivery of the requirements within the proposed solution.
Ensure user experience is at the forefront of design and implementation of required changes.
Provide input into Test Strategies and plans.
Proactively work with wider communities and peers to develop and evolve methodologies, tools and techniques. Experience of project lifecycle methodologies in both Agile and Waterfall approaches.
Be a self‑starter with a strong track record of analysis assignments across a diverse range of projects.
Extensive expertise in breaking down problems, creating options and assessing feasibility.
Strong experience in building and sustaining effective and trusted relationship at all levels up to Director.
Experience of various tools and techniques, e.g., walkthroughs, requirements analysis, modelling, BPMN, Use Case, Activity Diagrams, process and customer journey mapping.
Excellent communications and presentation skills.
Experience of MS Office tools e.g. Teams, Excel, Forms, Powerpoint, Word, Visio, Whiteboard.
Experience (Desirable) - Jira, Confluence, ARIS.
Experience you’d be expected to have Mandatory Good commercial awareness Mandatory Good organisational awareness Mandatory Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project delivery processes Mandatory BCS or IIBA qualification or equivalent experience (3‑5 years). Preferred Telecoms experience.
