The Role As a key member of our CRM team, you will craft, edit, and proofread high‑quality content for newsletters, emails, landing pages, and digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing specialists, content strategists, and designers, contributing to impactful email campaigns, persuasive marketing messages, and effective CRM content.
What You’ll Be Doing
Crafting, editing, and proofreading high‑quality CRM content for newsletters, emails, landing pages, and digital platforms, under the guidance of senior team members.
Actively collaborating with cross‑functional teams to contribute to content strategy and support customer engagement efforts.
Applying insights from customer data to understand audience needs and preferences, and informing copy decisions.
Diligently ensuring brand consistency in style, tone, and voice across all CRM communications.
Assisting in the development of creative concepts and ideas for CRM campaigns.
What You Bring
Proven experience as a Copywriter, CRM specialist, or similar role, preferably within an agency or fast‑paced in‑house environment.
Proficiency in interpreting and effectively adopting the distinct writing style and tone of voice for various brands.
Familiarity with content management systems and CRM tools.
An understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
A demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high‑quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Produces clear, concise, and engaging copy that is on‑brand, on‑message, and targeted to the intended audience.
Presents ideas and copy effectively to internal teams, and supports senior team members in client presentations.
Possesses a solid comprehension of brand continuity, brand guidelines, and brand positioning.
Actively participates in feedback sessions on creative briefs and proposed work, contributing to creative quality and collaborative processes.
Develops an eye for identifying potential opportunities for creative work, with guidance from senior colleagues.
Executes creative copy efficiently and effectively, following the direction of Creative Directors and senior copywriters.
Additional Information We are seeking a detail‑oriented individual with natural curiosity, proactive attitude, and strong passion for writing. A portfolio showcasing previous written work, particularly in CRM campaigns, will be highly beneficial during the selection process.
