Lead strategic discovery efforts : Conduct user research to uncover deep insights, translating complex workflows into intuitive designs for enterprise users. Deliver innovative solutions : Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that solve intricate user problems and drive business value. Shape design direction : Define and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries for consistency across products. Collaborate cross-functionally : Partner with simulation engineers, data scientists and stakeholders to deliver technically feasible and impactful designs. Iterate for excellence : Use user feedback, analytics, and testing to refine and optimise designs. Influence the organisation : Champion user-centred design practices across teams and mentor junior designers to raise the quality of design outcomes. Innovate with technology : Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring emerging tools and techniques to enhance enterprise solutions. Qualifications
Experience : 5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating complex, enterprise-grade projects. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience. Technical expertise : Deep understanding of enterprise UX/UI design principles, with experience in both 2D and 3D interfaces. Tools : Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and research platforms such as Dovetail. Skills : Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Strong ability to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences. Bonus points : Experience with 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Houdini, Unity3D), AI/ML-driven applications, or designing for expert users like Mechanical Engineers or Data Scientists.
