Produce experiential, events and filmed content from concept through to final delivery. Resource talents internally and externally, engage and manage production partners to meet high standards. Partner with creatives, account leads and clients; steer productions from inception to completion. Demonstrate expertise across experiential, events, graphics & animation, live action, editing & post‑production. Identify and resolve issues, manage risks, develop detailed work plans and timelines. Provide the best production approach and solutions. Identify IP risks and work with Business Affairs on contracting requirements. Assemble delivery teams for productions when required. Manage multiple workstreams and complex projects simultaneously. Troubleshoot and mitigate risks effectively. Negotiate, organise and administer contracts and schedules. Communicate effectively in written and verbal form. Resolve complex, diverse situations in a collaborative fast‑paced environment. Understand agency dynamics and manage stakeholders’ expectations. Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience producing experiential, events and filmed content in in‑house production or agency roles. Strong background in producing corporate work; experience collaborating with internal Client Services, Creatives and external Brand Clients. Leadership experience; ability to motivate teams. Solid understanding of production and post‑production processes and methodologies. Negotiation, organisational and administration skills. Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrable ability to resolve complex and diverse situations. Knowledge and experience of working in an agency environment. Budgeting
Provide early cost estimates, detailed budgets, and liaise with specialist suppliers to sense‑check costs. Support client teams in budget negotiations with suppliers and clients; give sound rationale for all budget lines. Maintain excellent inter‑company and client relationships to drive cost efficiencies. Explain chosen production routes to business and clients. Working Practice
Adhere to internal processes and disciplines. Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement in production processes. Produce a range of jobs varying in size and budget. Maintain consistent quality across all projects. Deliver work on time and within budget. Ensure all projects are closed out and a post‑production collection is complete. Operational
Liaise with Business Affairs throughout each production and assure client scopes of work are executed with production input. Manage scope changes, communicate budget alterations, and capture information in scope add‑endums. Produce timing plans with key milestones and internal work‑in‑progress entries. Safeguard profitability on all projects, both in‑house and externally produced. Build strong relationships with internal Creative, Strategic, Planning, Business Affairs, and Digital teams. Work with the Resourcing team to cast and book internal resources and forecast future resource requirements. External
Identify, source and manage all third‑party vendors and partners. Oversee third‑party costs and contracts; engage with Business Affairs in a timely manner. Develop, grow and maintain a reliable network of talented, cost‑effective and specialist industry contacts. Lead negotiations, contracts and legal requirements with third‑party suppliers and secure the best deals for clients. Manage third‑party suppliers throughout production from sourcing and briefing to delivery and reporting. Eligibility
