About the Team The Cirium Sales organisation is a close-knit, high-performing team, constantly innovating and striving for greater commercial impact. Our methodology focuses on helping clients understand the value we provide to their business and guiding them through the buying process.
You will be based in our London office, reporting to the EMEA Head of Sales and working closely with other EMEA and global sales leaders. You will lead the European Traveler Services sales teams located in London.

About the Role As
Sales Manager for European Traveler Services , you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and strengthen relationships within Europe’s Traveler Services ecosystem. This includes Travel Management Companies, Online Travel Agents, Travel Tech companies, Government bodies, Tourism bodies, and Consultants.
As a member of the EMEA Sales Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Cirium’s strategic priorities and ensuring alignment of commercial teams with regional cross‑functional teams including Product, Consulting, Support, and Marketing.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with Cirium’s commercial goals.
Focus on key customer segments such as travel agencies, OTAs, Travel Tech, and government partners.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth areas within Europe.
Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and revenue forecasts, ensuring achievement through proactive pipeline management.
Account Management & Market Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in Europe.
Negotiate and close deals with value‑based pricing and clear terms.
Represent Cirium at industry events, webinars, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.
Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Alignment:
Partner with product, marketing, and consulting teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Provide market feedback to influence product development and go‑to‑market strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor on European travel trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans.
Collaborate with commercial strategy teams on data‑driven campaigns and initiatives.
Coaching & Development:
Mentor and support junior sales team members.
Share best practices in sales techniques, client engagement, and pipeline management.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements
Proven track record as a commercial leader managing diverse teams with tangible achievements in business growth, ideally within the aviation or travel industry.
