Content Specialist
role at
KeyNest
KeyNest is a fast‑growing technology company with around 50 people and offices in Paris and London, most of our team works remotely. We’re best known for our convenient Airbnb key holding service, which welcomes millions of guests every year, and also offer a product line spanning hardware, software and services that we sell to B2B and B2C customers across 18 countries and a dozen industries.
About the role We are looking for an ambitious, committed Content Specialist to bring to life a number of campaigns with compelling, on‑brand copy, visual and video content. You’ll quickly grasp how prospects perceive their own needs and position our product or service accordingly across multiple KeyNest offerings, target industries and geographies. You’ll work closely with both founders as well as our talented digital marketing manager, who will support you with the technical implementation of campaigns and give you the space to be creative while sharing our knowledge of our target industries.
Core responsibilities
Customer insight:
Build a deep understanding of each target customer group—their needs, pain points and buying journeys—and use these insights to shape how each KeyNest offering is positioned across all marketing channels.
Content creation:
Write and edit landing pages, digital and physical ads, case studies, emails, brochures and social posts. Produce both copy and supporting visual content.
Case studies:
Reach out to customers, interview them (in person or online) and produce high‑quality case studies combining video, visuals and written content.
Video content:
Develop briefs, concepts and scripts for explainers, customer stories, feature showcases and social ads. Coordinate shot lists, storyboards, talking points and work with the videographer to adapt videos for specific industries and formats.
Email campaigns:
Plan and execute targeted email campaigns. Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and follow‑up effectiveness.
Event management:
Coordinate and organise our presence at 3–5 events each year.
Brand voice:
Ensure tone, style and messaging are consistent across all channels and assets.
Partner collaboration:
Occasionally coordinate joint PR, announcements and social media activity with a partner company.
Requirements
At least 1–2 years of experience in a full‑time content‑creation role, ideally B2B.
Creativity, enthusiasm and deep empathy with target groups.
Enjoys a challenge and is comfortable receiving feedback and asking for help where needed.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & visual) with an ability to write compelling copy.
English proficiency at a native speaker level. Fluency in French will be considered a plus.
Excellent time‑management and organisational skills, able to plan projects and resources needed, coordinate with colleagues and customers autonomously.
This is a full‑time role; a long‑term (multi‑year) commitment is expected. We automatically reject all candidates with a freelance mentality, including those who have been freelancers in the past.
Benefits
Competitive salary.
Experience a workplace that is entrepreneurial, fast‑paced, team‑oriented and fun.
Can be based out of our London, Paris office or fully remote.
Active coaching from our top leadership.
A clear path to develop your career onto a senior position in a well‑established scale‑up.
If this sounds like a role in which you could thrive, we would love to hear from you.
