About

As a New Business Advisor, you'll focus on converting verified leads into valued clients. These leads come from our digital marketing investment, external broker and partner networks, and internal referrals across Aon's networks.
Responsibilities
Maximise new business opportunities from a variety of sources such as digital online, marketing campaigns, external brokers and partnerships.
Identify and develop revenue opportunities across assigned client accounts and partnerships, leveraging your knowledge of Aon's broader services.
Contribute to the SME client acquisition strategy by spotting growth potential in the sector.
Work independently while collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional service to every client.
Assess and enhance client risk and insurance programmes, implementing improvements where needed.
Negotiate new business terms, mid-term adjustments, and cover extensions tailored to SME clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, highlighting the unique value they can offer to clients through coverage, service, and industry expertise. Are you passionate about winning new business? Do you thrive on building strong, lasting relationships with clients and insurers alike?
Qualifications
Commercial or Personal Lines insurance experience, ideally from a brokerage; full training will be provided.
Experience of using the Acturis system is essential.
Fully conversant with FCA principles, procedures and process.
Good understanding of insurance covers.
Organised, with the ability to prioritise work, delivering accurately and on time.
Embrace change and react positively.
Proven relationship management skills.
Must work well in a team and collaborate with others.
