Supplying an impressive range of customers from pubs, restaurants, and hotels to schools, care homes, and hospitals, this business is entering an exciting phase of expansion, with bold growth plans set for the next four years. As Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy, inspiring a talented internal and external sales team, and ensuring the business continues to deliver outstanding service to its diverse client base. Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to exceed budgeted sales and margin targets
Take full ownership of KPIs, performance dashboards, and year‑on‑year results
Influence and support wider commercial decisions, including buying activity and forecasting
Champion customer experience by ensuring service excellence at every stage
Work collaboratively with operations and transport to guarantee seamless service delivery
Oversee HR‑related responsibilities within the sales team, including talent development and succession planning

A proven sales leader with demonstrable experience driving growth and improving profitability
Strong commercial insight and solid financial acumen
Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower high‑performing teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and delegation abilities
A deep understanding of market trends and the agility to thrive in a changing environment
What’s On Offer
£45,000 – £50,000 basic salary (DOE)
Uncapped OTE of £20,000 – £27,000
£6,000 car allowance
