Behavioral Health Clinician/Therapist Acute Services ~ The hiring range: Bachelor's Level = $50,003 - $60,008 annually Status: Full time, 40 hours per week Wednesday-Saturday 2PM-12:30AM Wednesdays 10AM-2PM and Thursday-Saturday 7AM-7:30PM Plus day shifts for new unit in 2026 Shift differentials are also available for evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.  Responsible for providing assessment, crisis intervention, individual, family, and group therapy as well as case management. Develop and monitor service plans, treatment progress, document interactions and maintain clinical records and other reporting data for clients with mild to severe mental illness, disorders, and/or disabilities and substance use disorders. Collaborate with medical providers, nurses, behavioral health technicians, case managers, peer specialists and psychiatrists regarding treatment. Facilitation of a Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program level of care. Direct client care includes care coordination, behavioral health related screenings and assessments, individual and group therapy, brief therapy, case management, and related clinical services. Serves as a clinical resource person to building site(s), clinical staff, case managers, medical providers and collaterals. Knowledge of professional policies and procedures. Performs behavioral health screenings and assessments within the medical clinic setting, to include review of treatment options and referral information. Provides on-going care coordination within SummitStone, community agencies and resources. Provides on-site collaboration with medical providers to provide behavioral health assessments for those clients identified with behavioral health needs. Bachelor’s degree in the Human Services field from an accredited College or University required ~ More than two years of experience in the mental health field and program application required CPR and First Aid certifications may be required for certain locations Master's degree in the Human Services field from an accredited College or University preferred Experience in coordinating mental health intervention plans and services with other agencies preferred Current Colorado professional license in appropriate discipline (LCSW, LPC, LAC, or LMFT) preferred Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred There are opportunities within our team-based model to attend company-sponsored training programs, complete certifications (such as CAT or CAS) and to learn from seasoned colleagues daily.
