Summary The Customer Support Specialist will be based in Bracknell, Berkshire. The role requires experience in customer service and inside sales and is motivated to deliver exceptional service to meet the diverse needs of our customers. You will support the Inside Sales Team with responding to customer questions, processing orders, answering calls, and handling emails.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Support the achievement of monthly objectives for revenue and new customer acquisition targets.
Serve as the point of contact for inbound customer service enquiries for self‑funded patients.
Deliver exceptional customer service, including inbound and outbound calls, email communications, and order fulfilment.
Handle all self‑funded customer enquiries.
Contribute ideas to improve and develop pre‑ and post‑sales interactions with Dexcom leads/customers, creating a continuous positive experience.
Proactively follow up with users post‑sale to prevent initial issues and direct them towards training resources.
Use Salesforce to organise daily activities and accurately record all customer interactions.
Communicate with the Marketing department to feedback customer insight and improve the customer journey.
Develop knowledge of e‑commerce platforms and user interactions.
Gain in‑depth knowledge of Dexcom products and confidently address enquiries related to self‑funded patients and their user journey.
Independently troubleshoot and seek solutions for customer queries, orders, and sales efforts.

Competent with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, including Salesforce; ability to use and communicate across different mediums.
Accurate and complete data management; knowledge of e‑commerce platforms; willingness to learn new systems.
Excellent organisational and time‑management skills; able to handle and organise multiple tasks, manage high volumes of enquiries, prioritise work, and meet quotas.
Medical background is a plus – knowledge of diabetes, NHS, CCG, Health Boards, and Foundation Trust structures, though a willingness to learn is required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; positive influence within a team environment.
Travel required: 0–5 %.
Must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available for this role.

Experience and Education Requirements Typically requires a minimum of 2–4 years of related experience and a high‑school diploma or equivalent.
