My client is looking for a proven Sales Leader to drive growth across Europe and Asia, leading a talented team and shaping strategy for an established portfolio of premium brands.
It’s a highly visible role with strong growth potential - ideal for someone with a track record in aftermarket sales leadership and developing multi-regional teams.
What You’ll Do:
Drive aftermarket revenue growth across Europe and Asia.
Lead and develop regional sales teams and rep networks.
Build senior relationships within key strategic accounts.
Define sales strategy, structure, targets, and forecasts.
Partner across teams to improve customer experience and execution.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in sales leadership, ideally with aftermarket experience within the automotive industry.
Experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
Strong strategic vision and deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and aftermarket channels.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multinational environment with multiple priorities.
