Area Sales Manager
to join our team and lead revenue efforts across a dynamic, multi-state territory. This is an opportunity to blend
strategic territory leadership
with
hands-on business development —owning everything from rep enablement to customer demos and outbound outreach. What You’ll Do: Oversee and enable reps/distributors to drive pipeline and close deals Build customer relationships through on-site visits (~50% travel) Lead proactive outreach using CRM (HubSpot), email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Deliver technical presentations and application-based demos Represent the company at tradeshows and major industry events What You Bring: 2+ years of Industrial/electrical sales experience CRM-savvy (HubSpot a plus) Strategic mindset + strong execution muscle Enthusiasm for travel, innovation, and customer engagement This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone excited to grow revenue and elevate this company’s presence in the industrial tech space.
