About
What You’ll Do Problem Definition & Discovery
Define and validate problem statements with measurable outcomes
Map current‑state processes, identify pain points and conduct gap analysis
Analyse people, process, data and technology landscapes
Run hypotheses testing, PoCs and validation sprints
User Research & Design
Conduct interviews, surveys and usability testing
Build personas, journey maps, service blueprints and experience maps
Champion user‑centric design throughout discovery
Business Case & Value Realisation
Develop business cases with ROI and cost‑benefit analysis
Define KPIs, success metrics and baseline measures
Build benefits realisation frameworks and tracking mechanisms
Stakeholder Management
Identify and map internal/external stakeholders
Drive structured engagement and influence decision‑making
Plan and facilitate workshops
Conduct change impact assessments
Requirements & Analysis
Translate insights into detailed requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
Analyse data to validate decisions and assumptionsli>Maintain requirement traceability and define MVP vs. strategic scope
Compliance, Governance & Standards
Capture regulatory, accessibility (WCAG), GDPR and security requirements
Strategic Advisory
Conduct market research and benchmarking
Support RFI/RFQ processes and assess COTS solutions
Create delivery roadmaps and identify RAIDs
Cross‑functional Collaboration
Work across Product, Technical, Security, Testing, Service and Business Design teams
Challenge constructively to ensure fit‑for‑purpose solutions
Delivery & Vendor Management
Work with external suppliers to ensure accurate delivery
Support training, change adoption and smooth handover across Agile/Waterfall
What You Bring
Strong experience in discovery, digital transformation or business analysis
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to turn insights into actionable requirements and value‑driven outcomes
Understanding of governance, compliance, accessibility and data protection standards
