About the role
As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll play a critical role in our cross‑functional Agile team, working alongside Product, Design, and Engineering to create innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the business. Reporting to the Salesforce Manager, you will work on the development, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions, leveraging your expertise to improve processes, enhance user experience, and drive automation.
Responsibilities
Customisation & Coding – Develop and maintain both declarative and programmatic solutions, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Apex.
Integration Projects – Work on complex integration projects involving external applications, APIs, and web services.
Collaboration – Partner closely with Designers and Product Managers to translate user insights and business requirements into impactful technical solutions.
Continuous Improvement – Identify and implement improvements to optimise system performance and user experience.
Requirements
Proven Salesforce Expertise – Certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I qualifications (Platform Developer II is a plus) would be preferable but demonstrable real‑world experience will also be considered.
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWCs), including lifecycle hooks, LDS, and complex form handling.
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of external integrations (e.g. connected apps, Apex callouts, outbound messaging, REST/SOAP APIs).
You enjoy collaborating closely with colleagues from across all areas of the organisation, and seek to understand how your work aligns with business goals.

Public Sector Salesforce Developer – SC Clearable (London, Mainly Remote) Salesforce Developer SC Clearable – London (Mainly Remote) 6 months – INSIDE £665 per day
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a major public sector digital transformation programme. You will work within a secure government environment, delivering and enhancing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
This role offers the chance to work with cutting‑edge Salesforce Industry Cloud technologies while contributing to a high‑impact national project.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Salesforce Industry Cloud solutions using Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
Build and configure OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
Implement Flows, Apex classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Support CI/CD pipelines using Git and collaborate via Jira and Confluence
Work with stakeholders to design scalable, sustainable solutions following best practice
Ensure testing, documentation, and quality standards are maintained
Experience and Skills Required
5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Public Sector or Industries Cloud preferred)
Strong hands‑on skills with OmniStudio and Public Sector Solutions

As a Salesforce developer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet With Intelligence’s business needs.
You will work with the other members of our Enterprise Applications team as well as directly with the Sales, Marketing and business teams, to build and improve our Salesforce CRM.
