Key Responsibilities
Deliver 1st and 2nd line support to users, resolving a wide range of IT issues.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems.
Administer and support the Microsoft 365 suite.
Set up and manage user accounts, access permissions, and support onboarding/offboarding.
Build, configure, and maintain hardware such as laptops and desktops.
Assist with IT projects, including the in-house integration of a newly acquired business.
Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset registers, and internal knowledge bases.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a 1st and/or 2nd line IT support role.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS and DHCP.
Hands‑on experience supporting and configuring hardware.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
