There is no relocation support for this role. We’re pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called
Best of Both , requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for Global Social deliverables , ensuring timelines, dependencies, and workflows across campaigns, always-on, and audience portfolio SKUs are managed with precision and visibility.
Drive operational excellence across the Global Social team , optimizing tools, systems, processes, and governance to enhance speed, clarity, and efficiency.
Manage cross-functional alignment
by coordinating with key Global and regional teams to ensure clear communication, timely input, and seamless collaboration.
Oversee resource planning and workload management , partnering with DCE PMs and internal stakeholders to match team capacity with strategic priorities.
Own and maintain all project management tools
including Monday.com, Opal, DAM, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and workflow adoption across the team.
Lead operational intake and prioritization , ensuring consistent criteria for evaluating requests and clear handoffs into Social’s editorial, campaign, and creative pipelines.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of publishing workflows , including Opal scheduling, campaign beats, editorial calendar alignment, and regional-ready deliveries.
Track and monitor budgets
across social production, tooling, and freelance/contractor support, ensuring transparency and responsible cost management.
Qualifications
Exposure to working with creative teams (e.g. Social Media, Content production) in a project management/operational role.
Experience setting up new processes, systems and crafting strategies that empower teams to work more efficiently, intelligently, and with greater impact.
Proven experience in leading projects with complex timelines and familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com and Opal are beneficial.
Highly organized, solutions-oriented operator who can act as the engine behind our global social ecosystem.
Experience partnering across markets, cross-functional teams and creative partners.
Confidence in budget management.
Passion for leading others.
