Define and Build QFEX’s Design System & Brand Identity Establish a cohesive visual language, component library, and interaction patterns tailored for a high-performance trading platform. Lead End-to-End Design Partner closely with frontend engineers to turn wireframes and prototypes into production-ready UI/UX. Institute a Continuous User Research & Feedback Loop Design and run usability studies, A/B tests, and in-platform analytics to validate hypotheses and uncover pain points. Establish Scalable Design Processes & Communication Channels Set up design tooling (Figma libraries, version control, documentation) and workflows (reviews, QA, accessibility checks). What You’ll Need
3+ years designing
high-performance, data-dense applications . Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end work: wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes. Experience setting up and synthesizing
usability studies, A/B tests, analytics dashboards . Impeccable
levels of trust in yourself and others , including the ability to make
decisions in minutes , not days. UK work authorisation and willingness to work
Monday–Friday from our central London office . Bonus points
Exposure to order-flow, market-data visualization, risk dashboards, or crypto exchanges. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React) to collaborate deeply with engineers. Track record of scaling design function rapidly and iterating under tight deadlines. Benefits
