About the Role & Team The Sales Executive will drive the success of sales at Wimbledon Bridge House by achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service. The role is onsite full‑time in Wimbledon Bridge House, on a rota that requires working two weekends on and two weekends off per month, with hours 9:45 am – 6 pm.
Key responsibilities include understanding the new‑build market and off‑plan sales process, effectively qualifying buyers, matching them to the right property at Wandsworth Common, and proactively managing the sales process from initial inquiry to exchange.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets at Wimbledon Bridge House and manage all sales to exchange.
Qualify and match prospective buyers to property types to maximise sales.
Proactively manage the sales process, ensuring timely and effective communication with purchasers.
Provide a professional, welcoming, and efficient service to all prospective purchasers.
Ensure show homes and marketing suites are maintained to the highest standard.
Conduct local market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about the local competition and customer demographics.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local area, amenities and key selling points.
Manage site paperwork and administration, ensuring all records and reports are accurate and up‑to‑date.
Provide weekly management updates, including sales progress and market feedback, to the Development Sales Lead and Regional Sales Manager.
Maintain and manage the CRM database effectively to track customer interactions and sales progress.
Ensure all transactions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including PMA, CML, H&S, Data Protection and the New Homes Quality Code.
Work closely with internal colleagues – Development Sales Lead, Regional Sales Manager and Site team – to ensure a seamless sales process.
Key Skills & Experience
Experience in a customer‑facing sales environment, e.g. retail, hospitality, banking, house building, estate agency.
Understanding of the home‑buying process and key milestones.
Commercially astute with strong market and competitor awareness.
Ability to act on customer needs to maintain company reputation.
Resilient, driven and thrives on challenge to achieve personal and organisational targets.
Calm and controlled under pressure.
Awareness of new thinking, legislation, economy and technology.
Persuasive communication and negotiation, able to influence and build rapport with customers.
Embraces change and explores new ways of working to support sales operation growth.
Encourages and supports the team, sharing knowledge and best practice.
Builds relationships across functions, internally and externally.
Excellent communication skills.
