Job Description
Mobile Multiskilled Building Services Engineer with either electrical or mechanical (HVAC) qualification to a recognised level (City & Guilds). The role involves undertaking scheduled planned maintenance and reactive requirements in and around assigned sites, highlighting the need for repairs, and submitting and undertaking quotations for any necessary remedial work.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance within assigned buildings by the required attendance dates.
Update legal compliance documentation via a tablet (provided) to a high standard.
Provide job/quote updates to satisfy the internal CAFM system which provides live updates to clients.
Manage time, workload, and communicate with lead engineer on a frequent basis.
Be part of a call‑out rota after successful probation period (currently 1/8 weeks).
Work a reasonable amount of overtime as required to satisfy contracts for OOH service.

Hours of Work Full‑time hours with overtime available.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Experience performing works with HVAC plant & equipment.
Experience in general building services industry and relevant qualifications (e.g., emergency light testing, L8 awareness, plumbing repairs).
Recognised qualification in at least one maintenance/engineering discipline.
Capacity to carry out repairs/replacements of plant, fixtures and fittings.
Capacity to service and repair onsite plant, fixtures and fittings.
Organise housekeeping tasks and arrangements.
Good communication and basic IT understanding.
Willingness to work overtime regularly to satisfy contracts.
Full UK driving licence.
