About
We need passionate relationship builders who can open doors, book meetings and help develop sales opportunities. As a Sales Development Executive focusing on booking new business meetings, you'll work directly with our new business sales team.
Responsibilities
Prospecting and lead generation:
Identify and research potential customers who are a good fit for the company's products or services.
Outbound outreach:
Initiate contact with potential leads through various channels like phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Lead qualification:
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they have the interest, budget, and need for the company's offerings.
Pipeline management:
Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using a CRM, tracking interactions and updating lead information.
Booking meetings:
Schedule and book qualified meetings or product demonstrations for Account Executives.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and messaging.
Required skills and qualifications
Communication:
Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills are crucial for building rapport and making a strong first impression.
Organisation and time management:
Must be able to manage a high volume of tasks, organize leads, and prioritize daily activities efficiently.
Tech‑savviness:
Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales tools is essential for success.
Persistence and motivation:
Ability to work in a target‑driven environment and stay motivated through consistent outreach efforts.
