Hybrid working role, between remote and office based – 3 days minimum in the London office.
About the Team PPL’s Member Services team manages membership enquiries across both performer and recording rightsholder categories. The work is split into three streams: Record Company Services, Performer Relations & Development, and Contact & Support. The team is passionate about music and works to ensure all members’ accounts are updated so they can collect the royalties owed when their music is played on radio, TV, online, and in public.
What you’ll be doing The Training & Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator will support the Training & QA Manager in designing, delivering, and monitoring training and QA activities across PPL’s Business Development, Account Management, and Operations teams. You will ensure training programmes, QA processes, and service standards are implemented effectively and that team members deliver consistently high-quality service to members.
Key Responsibilities
Support the administration, coordination, and day‑to‑day delivery of training and quality assurance activity.
Assist in scheduling and tracking training programmes, maintaining accurate attendance records and outcomes, and support the development of training materials and resources.
Contribute to the QA function by coordinating audits, collating performance data, and identifying service or process gaps for escalation.
Work closely with Business Development, Managed Accounts, and Operations teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of training and QA activity across Member Services.
Apply strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to support team effectiveness. Provide professional, accurate, and timely support to drive continuous improvement and excellent service delivery for members.
What you’ll need
Planning and organisational skills.
Experience with CRM databases.
Communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint & MS Excel at least to an intermediate level.
