The Sales Executive will drive new business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. This role involves active outreach, relationship-building, and supporting revenue growth.
This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote working, site based visits and 1-2 days in the Swansea office.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients in renewable energy, construction, and related sectors
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Present solutions and provide technical/product information
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth project handover
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions
Requirements
1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Preferred
Experience selling technical or construction-related products
Understanding of renewable energy, battery storage, or civil engineering sectors
