What You’ll Do
Gather and document business requirements
through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement.
Analyse and map processes , identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
Act as a
bridge between business and technical teams , ensuring clarity and alignment.
Support
solution design, testing, and implementation , validating that outcomes meet business needs.
Drive
continuous improvement
and embed process changes that deliver measurable benefits.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
4+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in large-scale transformation programmes.
Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in BA tools and Agile methodology.
Attributes:
