About the role: As a
Sales Coordinator , you will support the sales team by managing customer enquiries and orders, ensuring that service levels exceed expectations. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication, and a commercial mindset to provide accurate updates and support both customers and internal teams throughout the sales process.
Working hours for this role will be Monday Friday 8:30am 5pm.
Day-to-day duties will include:
Positively represent Geosense and respond professionally to customer and stakeholder enquiries via phone and email.
Liaise with internal teams to provide accurate updates on orders, lead times, and customer requirements.
Generate quotes, raise proforma invoices, process orders, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Support Technical Sales Engineers with administrative tasks, workflow, and ensure product knowledge is up to date.
Identify potential issues, propose solutions, elevate where needed, and follow company procedures while suggesting improvements.
About you: As a
Sales Coordinator , you will have a minimum of
2 years experience in a B2B sales-aligned role
and a strong understanding of the sales process. You are highly organised, able to prioritise tasks, and work effectively under pressure. Clear communication, attention to detail, and a practical approach to problem‑solving are essential. You will be confident using IT systems, working independently, and supporting a team. You should be adaptable to changing workloads and deadlines, commercially aware, and customer focused. A calm, friendly, and professional approach is required at all times.
