£30,616 base + up to £8,000 OTE.
About Your Role As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. The customers you will be interacting with will vary by location, but typically include a mixture of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants, and cafes. You will focus on promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain relationships with independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes.
Promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
Produce sales reports using digital tools such as iPhone and iPad.
Manage workload independently and schedule to meet key targets.
Drive business through digital engagement and technology.
About You
No experience? Full training provided.
UK driving licence or equivalent and eligibility to work in the UK; living within a 60‑minute commute from the location of the role.
Influencing and negotiation skills, with experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact‑based conversations.
Experience with manual handling of products, point‑of‑sale and/or equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency using digital technologies such as iPhone and iPad.
Strong ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively.
