We’re looking for an ambitious solutions consultant who can lead customer onboarding, configure workflows, and deliver implementations that drive customer value.
Your Role As part of the solutions consulting team you will own the full implementation lifecycle – from customer onboarding to technical configuration and training – for Vertice’s Intelligent Workflows product. You’ll work closely with customers, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth deployments and influence future product enhancements.
Responsibilities
Lead onboarding for new customers, understanding procurement processes and configuring the product to solve challenges.
Own end‑to‑end implementation of workflows, including technical setup and project management to ensure smooth adoption.
Integrate Vertice’s workflows and integration products into clients’ existing systems.
Conduct training and Q&A sessions to empower clients to use the product independently.
Track project progress and ensure on‑time delivery with minimal oversight.
Collaborate with Customer Success and product teams to resolve issues quickly and delight customers.
Act as the primary technical contact for configuration and customization requests.
Provide product and engineering teams with customer feedback to shape the roadmap.
Requirements
At least 4 years of work experience, with 2‑3 years in a solutions consultant or functional advisory role.
End‑to‑end project management experience handling multiple client onboardings simultaneously.
Proven consulting experience on integration solutions with the ability to optimise workflows.
Excellent communication, documentation, and customer‑relationship skills.
A proactive problem‑solver focused on delivering smooth implementations and customer satisfaction.
Nice to Haves
Experience with procurement and finance tools such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or Sage.
Strong technical skills: comfortable with software configuration, integrations, and reading JSON and API documentation.
In‑depth understanding of B2B procure‑to‑pay processes and experience in the procurement space.
