About
Your primary focus will be to identify and capitalise on every sales opportunity, leading by example and inspiring your customers with the perfect solutions for their requirements. You will be an expert at building rapport quickly and creating trusted relationships to ensure that everything we do enables us to deliver on our promises to our customers and consistently exceed expectations. You’ll naturally promote and embrace an inclusive, high-energy team environment and champion the core values of City Plumbing.
Responsibilities
Assist with developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals
Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships with key clients
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
Train and mentor sales team members to improve performance and achieve sales targets
Qualifications
Tenacity and resilience
A pro-active approach to sales, with a strong desire and ability to win and grow new business
Experience of customer relationship management and developing a true partnership approach
Excellent communication skills
Self confident and self motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative or as part of a wider team
Ability to interpret basic financial and statistical information
