As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will lead the definition of business value and provide technical sales support to CMOs and brand stakeholders. You will facilitate strategic workshops during major transformation programs, designing solutions to complex operational challenges. The role also involves shaping and evolving data‑driven marketing offerings to stay aligned with emerging industry trends.
Your responsibilities:
Advise CMOs and Marketing stakeholders in TCS client organisations on data‑driven marketing.
Support the business development team to develop a sales pipeline and participate in meetings and bid responses to convert the opportunity.
Develop new CMO offerings and GTM strategy for these offerings in tune with market demands.
Participate in Analyst briefings to support TCS Interactive market leadership ambitions.
Facilitate strategic workshops and conduct interviews and discover and organise business requirements from clients.
Own and champion programs developing the relationship with all stakeholders, bringing a systematic and technically valid approach to assignments.
Demonstrate a sound knowledge of consulting tools, practices and techniques to enable clear analysis and presentation of work delivered.
Work remotely at a client site as required.
Work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a global team to transfer knowledge and communicate insights across regions.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
Extensive experience in all aspects of data‑driven digital marketing across online, mobile, email and social media.
Hands‑on experience applying Marketing CRM, marketing analytics, and advanced analytics to drive customer engagement, with a strong track record of advising CEOs and CMOs in industry and top‑tier consultancies.
An understanding of the strategic drivers behind Marketing transformation programmes and the experience and confidence to give an opinion that may conflict with the client’s view.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to operate effectively at all levels of the business.
Experience of creating business cases for data‑driven marketing transformation.
Knowledge of leading transformation programmes involving advanced analytics.
Experience in change management, agile, lean, or six sigma.
