This includes our in‑house proprietary performance marketing technologies and reporting platforms, in‑house programmatic solutions, research team and most importantly our people, each with expert sector knowledge.
Over the past 20 years, we have grown into a marketing technology group which numbers over 170 people globally. With a strategic presence across the globe, our offices span key locations including London, Boston, Hong Kong and Sydney.
Key Responsibilities Own the Channel
Run Paid Search end to end across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Build, optimise, and scale campaigns for high‑profile international clients.
Turn Data Into Strategy
Apply audience insights, intent signals, and first‑party data to guide keyword selection, bidding logic, and segmentation.
Research competitors and market trends to surface opportunities clients can act on.
Be the Expert Clients Rely On
Translate complex performance data into clear guidance and sharp recommendations.
Present insights and forward‑looking strategies to senior marketing teams across global financial institutions.
Test Relentlessly
Write ad copy that meets compliance standards and drives action.
Build structured testing frameworks to refine messaging and improve conversion paths.
Manage Budgets With Precision
Control spend to maximise value.
Own forecasting, pacing, and performance accountability.
Shape What’s Next
Contribute directly to the evolution of our AI search capabilities and cookieless tracking platform.
Share knowledge, mentor junior talent, and collaborate with other Paid Media and Data teams.
Qualifications
2–3+ years managing Paid Search campaigns (agency experience strongly preferred)
Solid command of Google Ads; familiarity with Microsoft Ads, Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics/Adobe a plus
Google Ads certifications
Personal Attributes
Experience in audience‑based targeting and segmentation
Understanding of B2B or regulated‑industry marketing (financial services is a plus but not essential)
Strong analytical mindset; confident in Excel for performance analysis and modelling
Comfortable leading client conversations and simplifying complexity
Experience with SA360 or another bid management tool is advantageous
Excellent verbal and written English. A second language such as Spanish, German, French, or Italian is highly valued for international client work
